YTBrain provides AI-powered YouTube analytics, keyword research, channel auditing, competitor tag gap analysis, and content script generation tools for digital creators, content teams, and agencies.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify YTBrain immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription Plans & Quotas

Certain features of YTBrain require a paid subscription. API requests, channel sync jobs, and AI generation tasks are subject to fair use request quotas according to your active subscription plan. YTBrain reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or tier limits upon prior notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, misleading, or malicious activity.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract source code from YTBrain.
• Exceed authorized API rate limits or circumvent subscription access controls.
